1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.

These times are indicative. MOOD SPORT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.

3. Shipping Costs

• Metropolitan France: free shipping on all orders
• Overseas France and international: costs calculated automatically at the time of order based on destination and package weight

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order. You can also track your order from your Candidate Area on moodsport.fr.

5. Damaged or Lost Package

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will take the necessary steps with the carrier and offer you a quick solution.

6. Shipping Address

Please carefully check the shipping address when placing your order. MOOD SPORT cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer.
