Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original, intact packaging
- Accompanied by all its accessories
- Accompanied by your order number
Any damaged, incomplete product or one that has clearly been used will not be refunded.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact us via the website's contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return
- We will provide you with the return address within 24 business hours
- Ship the product at your own expense to the indicated address
- Keep your proof of shipment
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used during the order:
- Credit card: refund to the card used
- PayPal: refund to your PayPal account
- Apple Pay: refund to the associated payment method
6. Defective Product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately via the contact form with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or full refund, according to your preference.
7. Mutation Guarantee
All MOOD SPORT products benefit from our 2-year Mutation Guarantee against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect found within this period, contact us for full coverage.
8. Non-refundable Products
The following products cannot be refunded:
- Products that have been used or worn
- Products whose packaging has been opened for hygiene items
- Products returned after the 15-day period
